Yoga-tastic classes are a blend of stretching, strengthening and flowing movements complimented by relaxation, breathing and meditation. Classes are taught by Victoria, who has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 11. Improve your strength and flexibility, feel more energised and reduce the impact of stress.

Beginners yoga foundation 6 week course
The 6 week beginners course is designed for students who are new to the practice. It covers an introduction to the yoga tradition; movement in all planes; balancing; simple relaxation, breathing and meditation. Mondays in the main hall 9-10pm.
Victoria also runs classes in west-Ealing and Northfields, monthly energise and restore workshops and yoga retreats in beautiful locations. She also teaches private clients, small groups and families in Ealing.
