Current members will receive emails containing the AGM booklet, the audited Accounts and the previous minutes from the 2025 AGM before the meeting.

Resolutions

If any resolutions are received, they will be circulated before the AGM.  If any changes to the rules are to be discussed they need to be put in a Resolution and emailed to the management committee at managementcommittee@brenthamclub.co.uk by 28 February 2026.
