Brentham Colts Football Club agree to the following: 
  1. In return for payment of membership fee for Brentham Colts Football Club, the club will provide 24 training sessions during the year. Due to bad weather, sessions may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the club and no refund will be provided from the annual membership fee.
  2. To select qualifying players for league matches on the basis of good behaviour, regular training attendance and ability. The club will make its best endeavours to select players for matches that are at a level appropriate to the player's ability. Selection for matches is not a membership benefit and is at the sole discretion of the club coach.
  3. To select qualifying players for friendly matches and tournaments on the basis of good behaviour, regular training attendance and opportunity for all. The club will make its best endeavours to select players for matches that are at a level appropriate to the player's ability.   4. To endeavour to notify selected players by email, of their selection for a match no less than 4 days beforehand.
  5. To endeavour to play each selected player for at least half a game.
  6. To promptly post match results on club website.

Players and Parents agree to the following terms:
  1. To be bound by the main Brentham Club and Brentham Football Club rules.
  2. To be bound by the FA Respect Program's Codes of Conduct. http://www.thefa.com/Leagues/Respect.aspx
  3. To provide help whenever possible to club officers. The club is run entirely by volunteers and relies on such help for its functioning.
  4. To use members' and parents' email data for the arrangement of club events only. Email data is provided by members and parents in good faith, without which the running of the club would be much harder. Using email data for any other purpose could jeopordise agreement to use such data and is not acceptable.
  5. Parents or a carer appointed by a parent must remain with their child at all times during any club activity including training and matches. A carer cannot be a club coach and children remain the responsibility of their parents at all times. The club does not operate a drop and go policy.
  6. There are natural hazards at the club including open water and hogweed and it is the parents' responsibility to ensure there children stay away from such hazards.
  7. The club's right to withdraw membership without refund if any of these terms are broken.
  8. There are inherent risks when participating in any sports or recreational activities. All participants entering into sporting activity do so entirely at their own risk. The Brentham Club, their coaches, servants or agent do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property, however it is caused.
